“撞衫”一詞實際上來自英語,與“dress same”讀音相近,指兩個或以上人數,尤其是明星出席同一場合時,穿着相同或相近的衣服(wear either identical outfits or similar ones)。
在追求時尚、個性的羣體中,“撞衫”往往令人尷尬。不過,更尷尬的是“撞衫”又“撞臉(have a very similar appearance to another person,look alike)”。
