何家英，1957年出生於天津，自幼喜愛畫畫，1977年考入天津美術學院繪畫系學習國畫，1980年畢業後留校任教。曾任第九、第十、第十一屆全國政協委員；現任中國美協副主席、中國工筆畫協會副會長、中國藝術研究院博士生導師、工筆畫研究院院長。曾獲國家“有突出貢獻的中青年專家”、中國文聯“德藝雙馨文藝工作者”、中宣部“四個一批”文藝人才等榮譽。擅長當代工筆人物畫創作。代表作品有《山地》、《十九秋》、《米脂的婆姨》、《酸葡萄》、《魂繫馬嵬》、《秋冥》、《朝*露*桑》、《舞之憩》、《楊開慧》等。

He Jiaying, born in Tianjin in 1957, loved painting since he was a child. He entered the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts Department of Chinese painting in 1977 to study traditional Chinese painting. He has served in the 9th, 10th and zero th The National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and is currently vice-president of the China Fine Arts Association, vice-president of the China Fine Arts Association, Chinese National Academy of Arts Professor, and President of the Fine Arts Research Institute. He has won the national“Outstanding contribution of young and middle-aged experts”, the China Federation of literature and art“Moral and artistic workers”, the central propaganda department“Four a group” literary and artistic talents and other honors. Good at the creation of contemporary fine brushwork figure painting. His representative works include “The mountains”, “Nineteen autumn”, “Mizhi's aunt”, “Sour grapes”, “My soul is in mawei”, “Autumn afterlife”, “The morning dew”, “Dance at rest” and “Yang Kaihui”.
