2024全球夢想家招募開啓

阿里巴巴全球夢想家是阿里巴巴的公益性項目之一，旨在尋找全球有夢想、正能量的年輕人，希望通過全球夢想家項目能夠讓這些年輕人聚集在一起，共同討論未來發展。這是一個面向大學本科、研究生在讀學員的有趣項目，阿里巴巴全球夢想家希望全球有夢想、正能量的年輕人都能夠通過這個項目聚集在阿里巴巴，通過跟阿里的連接，更加深入的瞭解 “阿里人”，學習阿里的經驗，受到一些啓發，以後可以用獲得的知識和技能去幫助他們和他們身邊的人去實現夢想。

Alibaba Global Dreamer program is a project designed for young dreamers around the world to connect with Alibaba, to learn and to be inspired, and to make their dreams come true. We welcome you to join us! Together, we hope to brainstorm with the strong positive energy of dreamers, to discuss the future of our development, and to bring little but beautiful changes to our society. We welcome you to our hometown Hangzhou and our beautiful Xixi campus, where we hope to discuss the path to our dreams and to put up our dreamer wings.

所有夢想家需要在線報名和申請，需要提交個人簡歷和回答三個問題：

Submit a resume and answer three questions to apply for this program:

1、你是誰？

1、who are you?

2、你過去十年做過哪些正能量的事情？（做這些事初心是什麼，遇到過哪些挫折，結果如何？）

2、What positive energy thing you've done in the past ten years?

3、你對未來十年有何期待？

3、What is your expectations for the next ten years?

全球夢想家是公益性項目，不以招聘爲目的的項目，所有成功參加全球夢想家項目的學員兩年內不能入職阿里巴巴集團。

Since the global dreamer program is a public welfare project which goal is not for recruitment, those who have successfully taken part in this program cannot apply for jobs in Alibaba in two years.
